From Wikipedia, Rolling Stone and About.com –
"I've Got a Feeling" is a song by the Beatles, from the 1970 album Let It Be. It is one of the songs on the album from the rooftop concert. It is a combination of three unfinished songs: Paul McCartney's "I've Got a Feeling", John Lennon's "Everybody Had a Hard Year" from the White Album sessions (where it was demoed as "Everyone Had a Hard Year") and "Watching Rainbows."
Composition –
McCartney's song was written for his girlfriend Linda Eastman, whom he soon married, telling her that she was the girl he had always been looking for. Lennon's song was a litany where every line started with the word "everybody".
While McCartney's song was very optimistic, Lennon had actually had a hard year—he divorced his wife, Cynthia Lennon, his girlfriend Yoko Ono had a miscarriage, he was arrested for drug possession, and he had grown deeply unhappy in the Beatles.
In the film Let It Be, Lennon jokingly claimed he had written "Everybody Had a Hard Year" the night before.

Ringo Starr – Drums

Trivia –
This was the third song performed during the rooftop concert; though another performance was recorded three songs later, it is the first take that is heard on the album and in the film.
It is the only rooftop performance to feature George on backing vocals.
Though this song is taken from a one-take, live performance, Let It Be album producer Phil Spector edited together three different existing mixes to get the final one. Unlike other LIB songs, the chatter heard after this song (Lennon exclaiming "Oh my soul... it's so hard") was not spliced in from another section of the concert.
John flubs a few lines from his original demo in the performance, but because it was officially released on LIB first, they became the official lyrics!
During the filming of Let It Be, John often jokingly referred to this song as "I've Got A Fever."
