sulfur block project (SRU, Amine Treating, SWS, TGTU, Incinerator), $100 MM as
part of a 150,000 BPD refinery expansion. Work included: Design of new units,
tie-in to existing refinery facilities, increasing sulfur storage and loading
capacity, re-rating of existing lines and equipment.
• Managed grass roots
sulfur block project for Columbian refinery expansion (from 50,000 to 150,000
BPD), $180 MM. Included: The above plus close coordination with design work in
four other locations handling additional aspects of the expansion.

• Managed a $24 MM
refinery-wide flare H2S mitigation and VOC and HRVOC compliance
project to comply with TECQ State Implementation Plan. Work involved a total of
seven plant flares including: Correlation and analysis of flare emissions data;
identification and analysis of BACT; specification, design; and installation of
flare flow meters; sample probes; flare flame monitoring equipment; and flare
flame temperature controls; required piping revamps; flow measurement and
analysis equipment.

• Represented client, as
Project Manager, for a $40 MM Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel project revamp. Project included: Addition of one HDS

enhancements.

fast-track design of $7 MM Gulf of Mexico (GOM) gas field production

production pipeline. Design successfully completed but not installed.
